I've found that the queue stops working if you have more than 220 or so posts in it. If you post a bunch right now to get under the 200 mark it SHOULD start working again. Or at least that's what works with my account.
It won’t let me post any of them. And it happens every few days regardless of how many posts I have in the queue.
Just wondering why you choose to queue posts? To me, it feels somewhat disingenuous to be posting things other than when I feel inspired..I guess. But love the posts either way!
The way I look for images, that would mean posting 40-75 images in about 15 minutes, then not posting anything for another 24 hours. It would completely overwhelm everyone’s dashboards and make it harder to see what everyone else you’re following is posting.
Plus, this way, every individual image can be appreciated for a bit of time before the next one is released.
I’m a practical person, this is what works for me.
Who is your favourite person from history and why?
There are so many great writers for me to choose, but I guess I’ll go with someone more historical than literary. Today in History of the Roman Empire we learned about Zenobia, a women who ruled a Roman Secessionist Empire in the third century. She was pretty badass.
Your blog is probably one of my favourites. I do reblog you quite a lot.
Here's a question that I find ever so interesting, and sometimes you can really tell something about the person in their reply:
What's your favourite colour(s)?
Usually I would say that I like dark green and dark purple. But lately I’ve also really been digging the color combination of navy and bright yellow.
the dumbasses who fight feminism on here on so stupid and 99% of the time, have no idea what they are talking about. there is no logical reason for men to dislike feminism other than the fact that they feel threatened by women desiring equality. its one thing to hate misandry, its another to cut down feminism over and over because your beliefs about the female gender are horribly infantile and prehistoric.
listen up idiots, if you want to make the argument that men should have an equal say in abortion decisions, then you have to come to terms with the fact that fucking babies are not something exclusive to women. just because the responsibility of rearing disgusting infants has been assigned down to women IN THE PAST, does not make it a realistic reason to decrease a woman’s pay in the workplace because they MIGHT take maternity leave SOMETIME EVENTUALLY MAYBE in the SPAN OF THEIR CAREER.
as a woman who doesn’t plan on having children (shock awe horror), i am personally appalled by the suggestion that my college degree is worth less than a guy’s, because oh my vagina gives me the uncontrollable desire to settle down and raise a family and balance weekly meetings with billy’s soccer practice oh look at my 200,000 dollar degree going to waste on being a housewife oh my delicate sensibility.
you pretend to promote liberal ideals and equality and turn around and say that women are whining about being oppressed when they should be thankful for the right to vote
the feminist movement worked hard as fuck to get those basic rights, and if you think our work stops now or ever you are sorely mistaken. i know i deserve equal pay because i worked my ass off in school and i’m going to work my ass off in my career. fuck the idea of a mediocre worker out-earning me because of his anatomy.
if this was a person suggesting gay men or black men should earn less because they might not be able to perform as well as a straight, white male, tumblr would be up in arms. the worst thing about this website is all the self-hating females who are willing and ready to agree with grossly misinformed pseudo-intellectuals because they happen to be good looking.
“They’re fucking gross, man. Look, I love beautiful girls too. I think everyone should be free to have their knee socks and their sweaty shorts, but I’m over it. I’m over this weird, exhausted girl. I’m over the girl that’s tired and freezing and hungry. I like bossy girls, I always have. I like people filled with life. I’m over this weird media thing with all this, like, hollow-eyed, empty, party crap.”—Amy Poehler on American Apparel (via coketalk)
